Transition Advisors (TAs) are your guides through the MCT process. They will help you:

• Explore your readiness to transition across key areas of your life, such as your Health, Finances, Sense of Purpose, Life Skills/Preparedness, Housing, and Social Integration;
• Guide the design of an MCT Transition Plan that is personalized, professional, and holistic; and
• Collaborate with your Release Section, Veterans Affairs Canada, and Military Family Services to make sure that you are connected to all applicable services and benefits.
