What is ECN Login?

When accessing the protected area of the Digital Transition Centre (DTC) with your personal electronic devices/home computer, you will need to use your Microsoft Defence 365 (D365) account login and password and then complete a two-factor authentication (2FA). If you require a D365 account, please speak with your unit Orderly Room.

It is recommended that you login first to your D365 account to ensure your 2FA is set to “Phone Call” prior to going into the DTC protected area. Follow the steps below for assistance.

From a DWAN device, if are already logged into D365, the DTC will automatically log you in. When entering from a personal device, you will be asked to enter your credentials, then go through a two-factor authentication process. This may be through a phone call OR through the Microsoft Authenticator mobile application, depending on your D365 settings. You can check your 2FA settings here.

Step 1. Request An Account

Contact your unit Orderly Room to receive your Microsoft Office D365 account.

Step 2. Sign-In

Sign in to D365.

Step 3. Verify your 2FA

Verify your 2FA is set to “Phone Call” before you sign in to DTC.

- If using Microsoft Authenticator, ensure you download the application from your mobile store.
